Can I cancel an order in progress?

No. An attack, move, spy, or rally cannot be recalled after it starts. Check the target and the Survivors you are sending before confirming.

What is a rally for?

A rally gathers Survivors from several nearby cities into one city. The game shows which cities can take part before you confirm.

What happens if the city changes owner during the journey?

The game adapts the order when it arrives. A move to an Outpost that has become hostile can turn into an attack. A rally does the same if you no longer own its destination.
