Can I play several accounts?

One person may actively play only one of their accounts in the same league. Several people may share a home, connection, or device.

Creating an artificial advantage between your own accounts is not allowed.

Contact support on Discord. Include what you observed, the approximate time, and the names involved. Avoid public accusations in game chat.
