Blackout: Reborn is getting ready for its first players
Development is moving forward, the website is getting a new look and our official Discord is being reorganised. Next up: an Alpha with early players who want to help shape what comes next.
A new place to meet
This website redesign accompanies an important step for Blackout: Reborn. We want to show the game more clearly, explain its rules and make development easier to follow. The full FAQ brings together answers to player questions alongside these news posts.
Our official Discord is also being reorganised to welcome players, answer questions and gather feedback. It will be our meeting point as we prepare for testing.
Building the Alpha with you
The Alpha is for early players who want to explore a game in development and help make it better. There will be bugs, adjustments and things that need clearer explanations. Your matches will reveal things our own tests cannot.
Our priorities are a clear first-time experience, readable maps and battles, stability, and feedback on progression, seasons and faction play. We want to know what makes you want to return, as well as what slows you down or feels frustrating.
From Alpha to Beta
We will move forward in stages: welcome the first testers, fix the issues they encounter and strengthen the experience before widening access. Our goal is a Beta on the App Store and Play Store.
This is not an announcement that access is open today, and we are not setting a date here. We will share access requirements and the next steps when we are ready. Check the FAQ for Alpha details and join Discord to follow the announcements.
